In a world where quick fixes and instant gratification have become the norm, it’s easy to treat sacred practices with the same casualness as we do our morning coffee or daily multivitamin. But when it comes to microdosing psychedelics as tools for personal growth and transformations, this mindset can limit the profound benefits that await you.

Your mindset (set) and your environment (setting) are the pillars upon which your microdosing journey is built. Before you even begin, it’s essential to prepare your mind. Reflect on your intentions, meditate on your goals, and approach each microdose with a sense of purpose. Your environment should support your practice—whether it’s a quiet space for meditation, a journal where you can pour out your daily thoughts, or a supportive community that shares your journey.
To maximize the benefits of microdosing, it must be integrated with intentional behavioral changes. This is where my Positive Intelligence training program comes in.
