Mental Fitness Course
Description
The program begins with 6-weeks of group-coaching via Zoom where you’ll build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening 3 critical mental muscles that shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
The program includes 12 months membership access to the Positive Intelligence (PQ) app for extended mental fitness training.
