New Enhancements for the Positive Intelligence (PQ) Program - January 2025 Rollout!

Starting in January 2025, the Positive Intelligence (PQ) mental fitness program is rolling out exciting new updates designed to deepen and enhance the transformational experience for both new and returning participants. These improvements include expanded Saboteur profiles, a more engaging app experience, live coaching sessions, and specialized content to strengthen Sage Powers. 

For those who have already gone through the original PQ training, these new features offer fresh insights, advanced tools, and community support to continue building mental resilience, improving personal growth, and achieving even greater emotional mastery. Some of these updates include…

Expanded Saboteur Profiles:

  • Additional in-depth analysis of personal Saboteurs.

  • New resources for overcoming lesser-known Saboteurs.

  • Guided exercises tailored to specific Saboteur patterns.

Improved App Experience:

  • Enhanced user interface for seamless navigation.

  • New in-app journaling feature to track progress and reflections.

  • Gamification elements to encourage daily practice and mental fitness habits.

  • Push notifications for real-time reminders and mindfulness exercises.

  • Video Modules are interactive and more engaging

Live Coaching Sessions:

  • More opportunities for live, interactive coaching sessions with me.

  • Dedicated group coaching for targeted mental fitness goals (e.g., stress management, leadership).

New Content for Deepening Sage Powers:

PQ for Teams (inquire if you would like to run a special cohort):

I will host one last PQ training program starting on October 28th. This is a great opportunity for people new to PQ to try it out month-to-month before it becomes a yearly subscription in January. Alumni of the program will be able to join at a significantly reduced rate while continuing to build momentum and train their mental fitness. I will also include microdosing as a supplemental offering that will help deepen the experience and help build new neural pathways.
