Join us for an all-gender, transformative retreat at the serene Gassho House estate nestled in the heart of Marin County. Over the course of three days together, we’ll weave sacred ceremonies, deep meditation, creative movement workshops and community celebration as we bid farewell to 2024 and welcome 2025 with clear vision and an open heart. This is your opportunity to create powerful intentions for the New Year, guided by plant medicine, heart-centered practices, and a personal vision-setting journey.

All accommodations are double occupancy, fostering a warm sense of community. However, Early Bird registrants will have priority access to a private room if it becomes available. Participants will be notified and can choose this option for an additional $200.

Facilitators

  • Randy Lind

    Randy is a long time meditator and breathwork practitioner. He has led meditations in private sessions and group retreat throughout California and internationally. He also led meditations in the city streets during Occupy Oakland in 2011. 

    Randy is trained in Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System® (BBTRS), which helps clients transform deep stress and trauma stored in the body into greater vitality and freedom. He also has developed and leads his own meditation-styled breathwork that helps clients integrate expanded states of consciousness and rediscover a sense of inner Presence and peace. 

    Randy’s “9 to 5 job” is an orthopedic manual therapist in private practice where he helps his clients get out of pain and rehabilitate injuries. He has been a massage therapist (CMT) since 1996, but began healing work with Reiki energy healing years before at the age of 17. 

    Randy has journeyed over 8 years with Earth-based community healing practices and rituals though wilderness vision fasts/quests, and has many years of experience in 12-step.

  • J. O'Neill Keathley

    O'Neill is a dedicated guide on the journey toward self-realization, bringing years of exploration and experience to support others in their unique paths. With master’s degrees in Transpersonal Psychology (MA) and Business Management (MBA), he is also a certified professional coach and a licensed Positive Intelligence practitioner. O’Neill is continually advancing his skills in therapeutic modalities such as Relational Somatic Healing to address developmental trauma while honoring each client’s inherent resilience.

    His spiritual journey is rooted in mysticism, meditation, and transformative experiences with psychedelics. He has guided over 250 individuals in plant medicine ceremonies and integration practices since 2015.

  • Bear Graham

    Bear is a San Francisco-based dancer and educator. Since 2015, he has been on faculty at the University of California, Berkeley in the Department of Theater, Dance, & Performance Studies. He has offered weekly Gaga classes in SF since 2012. Graham is currently studying Psychology/ Drama Therapy at CIIS. He supports individuals in expanded states of consciousness one on one and in groups, and views this as an extension of healing through the body...healing through dance. Graham earned an M.F.A. in Dance from The Ohio State University. And a B.A. in Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies at UC Berkeley.
